Karen Wuertz

Karen Wuertz has extensive experience in child therapy and cultural anthropology, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a kindertherapeut at Praktijk voor Kinder-en Jeugdtherapie since 2005 and a programma-coördinator at Stichting de Vrolijkheid since 2014, Karen has contributed significantly to child therapeutic practices. Previous roles include kindertherapeut positions at Stichting Tussenspel and Vrouw en Kind Centrum from 2012 to 2013, training at Stichting Beelden van Kwaliteit from 2010 to 2012, and cultural anthropology lectures at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from 2005 to 2010. Earlier career experience includes project methodology development at Nederlands Instituut voor Zorg en Welzijn and cultural anthropology at Rijksuniversiteit Leiden for 18 years.
