Nicky Havelaar

Nicky Havelaar is an accomplished professional in the field of facility management and operations, currently serving as Teamleider facilitair at Stichting De Waalboog since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nicky held various positions including Backoffice coördinator Sales & Events at La Vie Catering from October 2015 to May 2022, and Operationeel Manager at VES & Co B.V. from March 2014 to September 2015. Nicky began a career in hospitality with diverse roles at various horeca companies from June 1998 to January 2008, and has a strong foundation in facility processes, evidenced by a stage at Stichting Avoord Zorg & Wonen focused on improving operational workflows and implementing HACCP systems. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences and an MBO-4 in Sociaal Pedagogisch Werk from Rijn-IJssel College.
