Harm Mars

Harm Mars possesses extensive experience in ICT management and project leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Level Up since January 2014, Harm also fulfills the role of Manager ICT/BI at DUWO Student Housing from April 2021. Previous positions include Manager ICT at Agora Stichting voor Bijzonder Primair Onderwijs, Project Leader for ICT collaborative services at Van Reest tot Linde Groep, and Project Leader for ICT integration at Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond. Harm has been involved with strategic oversight as a board member at Stichting Kenniseconomie en Innovatie Zoetermeer and has held advisory roles focusing on information security at Omgevingsdienst West Holland. Additional expertise includes program management in process improvement at CED Europe and functional leadership at Kennisnet. Harm holds a degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has an educational background from Pallas College.
