Carla Boeren

Carla Boeren has extensive experience in communication and policy development, currently serving as a Senior Communication Advisor at Stichting Humanitas Rotterdam en Rijnmond since October 2017. Previously, Carla held the position of Head of Communication and Information/Policy Officer for Volunteer Work at Stichting Humanitas from November 1998. Carla co-founded Stichting Dolfijn Vakanties, contributing to its operations from June 1998 to December 2000. Additionally, Carla worked as a Policy Officer/Researcher/Communication Staff member at Stichting Het Buitenhof from November 1989 to November 1997. Carla's academic background includes a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Universiteit Utrecht, attained between 1981 and 1987, following earlier studies at Utrecht University from 1977 to 1981.
