Ramses van Rijn

Ramses Van Rijn has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Directeur Mens & Organisatie at Stichting Humanitas Rotterdam en Rijnmond since August 2023. Previous roles include HR-manager at Reinier de Graaf ziekenhuis and programmamanager interne dienstverlening at Gemeente Rotterdam, where responsibilities focused on optimizing internal services for the municipality. Ramses has also served in various leadership positions such as concernmanager P&O at Gemeente Amsterdam, manager Transitie & directeur HR at Careyn, and manager HRM at GVB, contributing significantly to the restructuring and improvement of HR functions and organizational services.
