Richard Korver

Richard Korver is an experienced legal professional and the founder of Richard Korver Advocaten, a law firm that focuses on complex intersections of criminal and civil law since November 2015. As Chairman of the ethical committee at Ethische Commissie Dansen since May 2024, Richard Korver advises on ethics and integrity related to the implementation of recommendations from the Schaduwdansen research. Additionally, Richard has been actively involved in training communication skills for legal professionals as a Senior Trainer with The-Act-Trainingen since January 1993. Previously, Richard served as Chairman of the Landelijk Advocaten Netwerk Gewelds- en Zeden- Slachtoffers (LANGZS) until November 2020, a professional organization supporting lawyers for victims of violent and sexual crimes in the Netherlands. Richard Korver holds LLM degrees in Law and Rechtsgeleerdheid from the University of Amsterdam, completed between 1993 and 2000.
