Myrthe Duin

Myrthe Duin has extensive experience in museum operations, education, and event organization, currently serving as a Reserveringen Medewerker at Tropenmuseum, Afrika Museum, and Museum Volkenkunde since October 2013. Myrthe has a background in front office management, collection information, and museum education, specializing in tours and school programs focusing on cultural subjects, particularly Japanese culture and history. Previous roles include Assistant Exhibition Maker, Guest Lecturer on the geisha culture, and Assistant Project Manager for museum events. Myrthe has also taught English at various educational institutions while holding several advanced degrees in English Literature and Asian Studies from Leiden University and other reputable universities.
