Sanne Lobato

Sanne Lobato is an experienced cultural heritage professional with a diverse background in education and project development focused on (post)colonial history, diversity, and discrimination. Currently serving as Programmamaker Educatie at Verhalenhuis Belvédère and a museum docent at multiple institutions including Tropenmuseum, Afrika Museum, and Museum Catharijneconvent, Sanne Lobato has been actively involved in curating educational programs since 2018. Sanne's freelance work, initiated in 2012, emphasizes the development of cultural and social projects, while previous roles include collection management at The Curacao Museum and research at Leslie Smith Gallery.
