Susan Rijpkema

Susan Rijpkema is an experienced Employee Experience expert and HR consultant with a strong focus on employee well-being and organizational development. Currently serving as Initiator and Employee Experience Expert at CoLab.EX and Project Leader of Employee Experience at Fuzer Nederland, Susan has also held interim HR advisory roles across various organizations, including Nova College and ASKO scholen. With a robust educational background in management and education, including a degree in Werkgelukdeskundige from Erasmus University, Susan has effectively led projects and workshops centered on employee journeys, vitality policies, and organizational restructuring.
