Harald de Winter

Harald De Winter has extensive experience in operational procurement, currently serving as the Senior Operationele Inkoop at Pantein Zorggroep since December 2007, after progressing from Assistant Buyer and team leader roles. Responsibilities include managing a team of seven employees and one intern, overseeing administrative processes, and performing superuser activities. Prior to this, Harald worked as an Assistant Buyer at Bolsius International BV from May 2000 to November 2007, where responsibilities included evaluating MRP data, placing purchase orders, and supplier selection. Earlier roles include positions in sales support at Tasko/Kardel and Van Gansewinkel, focusing on customer service, order processing, and logistics management. Harald holds a HBO management degree earned between 2012 and 2014.
