Helma Schraven has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Manager of care and operations at Pantein Zorggroep, overseeing the recovery clinic and treatment service since April 2001. Prior roles include Wijkmanager and Clustermanager at the same organization. Helma began a career in nursing at Maasziekenhuis Pantein from June 1995 to April 2001 as an IC nurse, and previously worked as an IC nurse and trainee A-nurse at Elisabeth Ziekenhuis Venray from 1987 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a degree in Management of Healthcare Organizations from ISBW, Arnhem (1998-2000), specialized training as an IC/CCU nurse from Hogeschool, Eindhoven (1992-1993), A-nursing training from Den Hoebert, Venray (1987-1991), and secondary education at HAVO/VWO, Jerusalem (1982-1987).
