Otto van der Harst is an experienced professional in leadership and communication, currently serving as Directeur at Stichting Reclame Code since July 2018, and holding the position of Vicevoorzitter at VNO-NCW Metropoolregio Amsterdam since March 2021. As Chairman of the Board at the John Adams Institute since January 2020, Otto has demonstrated significant governance expertise. Stichting Reclame Code
Stichting Reclame Code (SRC) is de instantie in Nederland op het gebied van zelfregulering van reclame. De SRC bevordert verantwoord reclame maken met als doel de betrouwbaarheid en geloofwaardigheid van reclame te waarborgen. Om dit doel te bereiken is de SRC actief op twee gebieden. Allereerst houdt de SRC toezicht op naleving van de regels waaraan reclame dient te voldoen. Dit gebeurt door de Reclame Code Commissie die klachten over reclame behandelt op basis van de Nederlandse Reclame Code. Daarnaast biedt SRC het adverterend bedrijfsleven diensten aan om te voorkomen dat de Nederlandse Reclame Code wordt overtreden in de vorm van Copy advies, Training en Monitoring & Analyse.
