Tessa Dekkinga

Tessa Dekkinga has extensive experience in the field of personal guidance and support, currently serving as Teamleider at Stichting SIG since October 2012, where responsibilities include managing a living project for young adults. Prior roles at Stichting SIG included Junior Teamleider, Coördinerend Begeleider, and Persoonlijk Begeleider, facilitating independent living for clients in individual apartments. Tessa previously worked as a Persoonlijk Begeleider at Leger des Heils from 2009 to 2012, supporting clients aged 12 to 20 with mild learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. Tessa is pursuing further education through ISBW Opleiding & Training, while having completed studies at Nova College between 2005 and 2009.
