Mirella Taankink

Mirella Taankink has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as a Coach at Stichting Sociale Wijkteams Arnhem since April 2018, focusing on wijkteam Noord-West and team Schuytgraaf/Elderveld. Prior to this role, Mirella worked at Rijnstad from January 2009 to April 2018, where responsibilities included training for the !JES het brugproject, which supports children and parents during divorce, as well as serving as a member of the Ondernemingsraad. Additional positions held at Rijnstad included Case Manager for the 2nd chance housing project and a role in coordinating assistance for those facing eviction. Earlier experience includes work as a General Social Worker and as a helper in the Meldpunt Ontruimingen project, aimed at preventing evictions due to rental arrears. Mirella's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in social work from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and a vocational diploma from Rijn IJssel College.
