Malek Marzguioui

Malek Marzguioui is an experienced educational leader currently serving as a member of the Advice Council for School Leaders at VO-raad since October 2022, and as the Director of College De Meer at Stichting ZAAM since August 2017. With a strong commitment to collaboration, Malek participates in the Expert Council of the SWV-VO Amsterdam and serves on the Steering Committee of the same organization since 2010. Previous roles include membership in the General Board of the Sector Council for Practical Education, regional chair for practical education in Amsterdam, and director of Kolom Praktijkcollege Het Plein. Malek's career in education began as a teacher for ZMOK/ Cluster 4, followed by several leadership positions, including locational director under Altra onderwijs en jeugdhulp. Malek holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in teaching French and Arabic from the Algemeen Hogeschool Amsterdam.
