George Vasilakis has over 17 years of work experience in the software engineering industry. George began their career in 2002 as a Software Engineer/Lab Research at the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH) Institute of Computer Science. In 2003, they moved to CERTH as a Software Engineer/Lab Research. In 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at the University of Thessaly - Library and Information Services, where they were involved in the development of various services. In 2006, they worked as an ICT Teacher at the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia, conducting remote lectures on "Object Oriented Programming". In 2008, they moved to Forthnet as a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Manager. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Consultant, developing more than 25 high profile Facebook applications. In 2016, they joined Entefy as a Director of Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineer, working on Entefy's AI platform. Finally, in 2018, they joined Sticker Mule as a Senior Software Engineer.
George Vasilakis completed a Master's degree in Advanced Computing at Imperial College London from 1999 to 2000. Prior to this, they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras from 1994 to 1999.
