Jacob H. has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries. Jacob began their career in 2007 as an ESL Teacher at WeGo Private School, where they prepared and taught ESL classes for varying levels of students, evaluated students, and reported progress monthly to parents. In 2009, they became a First Mate at OnDeck. In 2012, they moved to Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts as an Admissions Representative, where they greeted and interviewed prospective students, aided enrolled students to successfully complete the school's curriculum, and consistently surpassed monthly goals for enrolling new students. In 2013, they became Manager of BigRedF - Jax Fish House, where they demonstrated PY growth of 6.3%, oversaw all aspects of the award-winning, nationally-recognized seafood restaurant, and acquired extensive knowledge regarding the handling of a diverse array of seafood and oysters. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Sticker Mule as a Customer Support Assistant Manager and CS Team.

Jacob H. attended Mercersburg Academy from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a High School degree. From 2003 to 2007, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from Washington & Jefferson College. Additionally, they attended Charles University from 2005 to 2006 to study Czech Language and Literature.
