Lenny R. has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they were the Head of Social Media at Sticker Mule, an international manufacturer of print and marketing products. During their time there, they launched three campaigns that achieved trending status on Twitter, two of which reached #1 and one that reached #7 in the United States. In 2015, Lenny was a Marketing Volunteer at def hacks(), an organization created to help underserved high school students develop their programming skills. Lenny worked with eight team members to plan two overnight hackathons that over 150 students attended and retained five in-kind and financial sponsors by providing ongoing updates demonstrating the impact of their contributions. Additionally, they were a Marketing Intern at WAT-AAH!, a start-up water bottle company co-owned by Ariana Grande. During their time there, they shipped prizes to giveaway winners and presented available outdoor advertising locations to the VP of Marketing, and attended three community events across NYC with four team members to hand out their water bottles and marketing materials.
Lenny R. attended Leon M. Goldstein High School for the Sciences from 2014 to 2018, where they received a High School degree. Lenny then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Baruch College, which they completed in 2022.
