Sierra Hotaling has been in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. Sierra began their career at Westaff in 2011 as a Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Recruiter in the same company. In 2018, they moved to Sticker Mule as a Hiring Manager and was promoted to Senior Hiring Manager.
