Roberto Franca

Roberto Franca has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Sticks'n'Sushi since May 2018, after progressing through various roles including Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager at the same establishment. Prior experience includes positions as Floor Manager, Barman, and Cocktail Bartender at Sticks'n'Sushi and Celebrity Cruises, Inc. Additionally, Roberto worked part-time as a Cocktail Bartender at multiple venues including Karriere Bar and Geist Restaurante, and was a Waiter at Tight Restaurante, with earlier roles as a Barista at Cafe Strassen and as a Waiter at Taska d´Alkaz Restaurante. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave, earned between 2007 and 2010.
