Justin Shoolery

Justin Shoolery is the Director of Data Science & Analytics at sticky.io. Prior to joining sticky.io, Justin was a Data Analyst at DataCycles from January 2011 to December 2016. In their role at DataCycles, Justin was responsible for people research projects on topics including job satisfaction, performance review, technology pain-points, employee productivity, software development process, mergers/acquisitions, and employee compensation/benefits. Justin developed NLP to analyze unstructured sets of open-ended text and create reports detailing aggregate employee feedback. Justin also collaborated with Sr. Leadership to interpret and report on data and communicate results via executive summaries. Justin generated dashboards and data visualizations to display response data in a deadline driven environment.

Justin Shoolery has a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from San Francisco State University. Justin also has certification from the Scrum Alliance in Scrum Product Owner.
