Juan Padilla Montenegro

Juan Padilla Montenegro currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain Management at STIEBEL ELTRON Gruppe since March 2022. Prior to this role, Juan held the position of Head of Supply Chain Execution at Vitesco Technologies from January 2020 to February 2022. Juan's extensive experience in supply chain management includes a long tenure at Continental, where responsibilities included Head of Supply Chain Execution and Head of Supply Chain Management Material Planning, among other roles, from January 2006 to December 2019. Earlier in Juan’s career, a position in Material Planning and Production Control was held at Siemens AG between October 2004 and December 2005. Juan holds a degree in Industriekaufmann from Babcock-BSH GmbH, which was completed in July 2002.
