Jennifer Bailey

Jennifer Bailey currently serves as the Division Manager of Training & Development at Stier Supply Company, a role that involves overseeing the Field Recruitment and Training departments, as well as creating and enhancing training programs for various levels within the organization. Jennifer's contributions as People Operations Manager & Recruiter include recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, while implementing performance progressions aimed at fostering company growth and reducing turnover.
