Stiesdal
Giacomo Butera is a Development Engineer at Stiesdal since May 2021, with prior experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU - Technical University of Denmark focusing on electro-fuels, biofuels, and Power-to-X. Before this role, Giacomo completed a Ph.D. at DTU Mechanical Engineering, specializing in biofuel production through biomass gasification and solid oxide cells. A visiting PhD student at Technische Universität München in 2019 further enriched Giacomo's expertise. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from DTU and Politecnico di Milano, along with a Master's degree in Thermal Energy Engineering from NTNU, culminating in a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Energetica from Politecnico di Milano.
