Jenny Francis-Cooke

Jenny Francis-Cooke is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the investment banking and construction sectors. As the Head of Human Resources and Managing Director at Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited since December 2015, Jenny has played a pivotal role in managing HR functions. Previously, Jenny served as Co-Head of Human Resources and Director at Canaccord Genuity Limited, where support was provided to facilitate significant headcount growth. Earlier roles include HR Advisor positions at Balfour Beatty and Balfour Beatty Rail, as well as an HR Assistant role at Lafarge UK. Jenny holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
