In ihren Institutionen in Aarwangen, Bärau, Konolfingen, Oberburg und Trubschachen sowie im Hotel & Restaurant Orchidee Burgdorf finden Menschen eine ihren Ressourcen entsprechende Arbeit oder Ausbildung.
