Philippe Crameri has extensive experience in social work and education, currently serving as Geschäftsleiter and Bereichsleiter Beschäftigung/Wohnen at Stiftung Lebenshilfe since August 2010. In addition, Philippe is a Kooperationspartner und Lehrtrainer at Sympoi Institut since August 2020, focusing on ecosystemic education, counseling, and therapy. Philippe has held the role of Beauftragter Arbeitsagogik at Agogis since August 2015 and previously worked on intensive support teams for the Canton of Aargau. Prior to these positions, Philippe led a team at Stiftung Bühl and served as a social pedagogue in various capacities, including job training for unemployed youth. Philippe's educational credentials include a Master's in Psychosocial Work, a diploma in Nonprofit Management, and advanced training in systemic nature therapy.

Wir bieten Lebensräume für Menschen mit einer leichten bis schweren kognitiven Beeinträchtigung und Mehrfachbeeinträchtigung, auch mit psychischen Erkrankungen oder mit herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen. Unsere Angebote umfassen die Bereiche Bildung (ca. 45 Plätze, zusätzlich ca. 150 Plätze in der interinstitutionellen Berufsschule Scala), Arbeit (ca. 170 Plätze) und Wohnen (ca. 110 Plätze). Die Bedarfs- und Lösungsorientierung ist unsere Leitidee. Wir pflegen die Qualitäten des Visionären und Innovativen, die bei uns Tradition sind.
