Maria Vraniakova is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at STIGA Slovakia since June 2025, Maria has held similar roles at ANDRITZ, TATRAVAGONKA a.s., Technogym, PSA Peugeot Citroën, and Chemosvit. Expertise includes recruitment, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management, along with the establishment of compensation strategies and labor relations.
