Martina has also held roles at Diadora, Calzedonia Group, and Safilo, where they gained experience in PR agency supervision, event management, media planning, and international PR activities.
Martina Schiavon completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, and Media Studies at the Università degli Studi di Padova from 2009 to 2012. Martina then pursued a Research Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at the Swedish School of Social Sciences from 2011 to 2012. Martina also participated in the Erasmus Programme at the University of Helsinki during the same period, focusing on Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Operation and Innovation Management - Media Management from Aalborg University between 2013 and 2015. In 2023, they attended SDA Bocconi for a course in Agile Marketing for Crisis & Issue Management.
