William Schlemmer

William Schlemmer, MBA, PMP, has a robust and diverse professional background spanning over three decades in management, operations, and leadership. Currently serving as Manager of Internal Audit at STIHL USA since 2019, Schlemmer previously held key positions, including Owner of America's Swimming Pool Company and CEO of Cannonball Pool Company. Expertise in operations was demonstrated during tenure as Operations Manager at Amazon, overseeing large teams and implementing continuous process improvements. A distinguished career in the U.S. Navy includes positions such as Commander and various leadership roles in military education and operations, with recognition as Joint Instructor of the Year in 2008. Schlemmer holds a Bachelor’s in History from the University of Idaho and an MBA from Webster University, complemented by a certification in project management.
