Caroline Wallace has over a decade of experience in learning and development roles, working with various companies such as Andreas STIHL, Cable & Wireless, and British Airways. At Andreas STIHL, Caroline is responsible for the learning and development of staff in over 500 retail dealerships. During their time at Cable & Wireless and British Airways, Caroline focused on leadership development, coaching senior executives, designing talent management programs, and ensuring a consistent message was communicated across the organization.
