Schäfer Jonas

Schäfer Jonas has extensive work experience in the field of HR and People Analytics. Schäfer most recently served as the Director of Personal Planning and Analytics at STIHL starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA as a People Analytics & HR Systems professional from 2021 to 2022. Schäfer also held the position of HR-Controller EMEA at STILL GmbH from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as an HR-Controller at EOS Gruppe from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Personalcontroller at DB Regio AG from 2016 to 2017, and as a Referent für Personalcontrolling at DB VERTRIEB GMBH from 2013 to 2016. Schäfer began their career as a Management-Trainee in Personalcontrolling at DB Fernverkehr AG in 2011.

Schäfer Jonas earned a Master of Arts degree in Finance and Accounting from Hochschule Flensburg, completing this program from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
