Kanishk Mishra

Kanishk Mishra began their work experience as an Intern at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they conducted research and analysis on the future market for microfinance in India. Kanishk then joined the International Executive Service Corps as a Program Assistant, where they consulted with institutions seeking loans from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and developed business plans.

Mishra also worked as an Intern at AEI, where they analyzed economic data and organized key insights for research reports on US-India economic ties. Kanishk later joined The KDA Group, Inc as a Research Intern, engaging with clients and developing economic reports.

In 2012, Mishra became an Account Manager at Edelman, leading client relationships and developing marketing campaigns. Kanishk then joined The Rock Creek Group as a Summer Analyst, conducting market analysis and presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee.

Mishra furthered their education at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where they earned an MBA and served as a Marshall Leadership Fellow. Kanishk also held positions as VP of Finance & Technology and participated in content strategy projects.

Kanishk later worked as a Senior Analyst at Spotlight Operations, where they built financial models and dashboards to refine operating strategy and reduce costs. Currently, Mishra is a Senior Manager in Finance at STIIIZY.

Kanishk Mishra obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Affairs, Economics, and History from The George Washington University from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the USC Marshall School of Business. In addition to their formal education, Kanishk also obtained additional certifications, including an Intro to SQL Business and Finance certification from Cognitir in October 2018 and a Certified Investor Relations Officer designation from the Middle East Investor Relations Association in July 2015.
