Desirée Tordecilla

Desirée Tordecilla has a wealth of experience in the beauty industry. Desirée began their career in 1992 as a Retail Sales Executive at MAC Cosmetics. In 1999, they moved to Stila Cosmetics as a Vice President of International Marketing, where they were responsible for retail sales and revenue. From 2010 to 2016, they were a Board of Director (member), General Manager, and Executive Vice President of Marketing at Kevyn Aucoin Beauty. In 2016, they returned to Stila Cosmetics as the Chief Marketing Officer. Currently, they are in a dual role as the Chief Marketing Officer/Chief Commercial Officer, primarily leading marketing, new product development, product portfolio, brand development/rebuilding strategy, and social media/digital strategies. Desirée is also overseeing sales and distribution until the position is filled.
