Jane Tarallo

Jane Tarallo has over thirty-five years of experience in the beauty industry. Jane began their career in 1984 at L'Oreal as a Designer/Manager, responsible for conceptual development, layout, design and art direction of sales promotion materials, displays and merchandising. In 1987, they moved to Calvin Klein Cosmetics as Design Director, where they designed, developed and oversaw production of all outer packaging, displays and collateral materials in domestic and international markets. From 1990 to 2012, Jane worked at COTY Beauty Inc, first as Group Creative Director - Global Packaging Design and Concept Development, and then as Global Fragrance Package Design Lead & Innovation Design Development. In 2008, they took on a consulting role at Estee Lauder, working on development and ideation for a Jo Malone Home Boutique initiative and promotional packaging for La Mer. In 2007, Jane founded their own company, Jane Tarallo LLC, where they serve as Innovator/Strategic Package Design & Global Branding, driving design and innovation with creative and strategic insight. Finally, in 2022, Jane will join Stila Cosmetics as Director Package Design & Production.

Jane Tarallo holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts and has attended Pratt Institute.
