Russ Suor has over 30 years of work experience, starting with their role as an Engine Room Supervisor in the US Navy from 1989 to 1991. Russ then moved up to become a Nuclear Power Plant Decommissioning specialist from 1991 to 1992, and ultimately became an Engineering Watch Supervisor from 1992 to 1995.
In 1995, Suor transitioned to Stiles Machinery, where they held various technical roles. Russ started as a Field Service Representative from 1995 to 2000, then became a Technical Support Manager from 2000 to 2005. Russ then moved up to the position of Technical Director from 2005 to 2008, and then served as Vice President from 2008 to 2014. Currently, Suor holds the title of Executive Vice President - Technology at Stiles Machinery, which they have held since February 2014.
Russ Suor attended Prairie High School from 1983 to 1987. After completing high school, they attended Navy Nuclear Power School from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Nuclear Engineering. Russ later went on to attend the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
