Taylor Hodges

Taylor Hodges has extensive experience in scouting and product administration within the sports and machinery industries. Currently serving as the Director of Scouting and U.S. Scout for the Philadelphia Rebels since October 2022, Taylor has a strong background in talent evaluation and recruitment, previously working for organizations such as the Lincoln Stars as a U.S. Scout and the Barrie Colts and Des Moines Buccaneers in various scouting roles. In addition, Taylor has held several positions at Stiles Machinery since February 2017, advancing from Senior Product Administrator to involvement with the Engineered Solutions team, demonstrating expertise in supplier management, product procurement, and strategic analysis. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Business Administration, complemented by a minor in Journalism/Publications, from Aquinas College.
