Leigh Anna Compton, SPHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources spanning over 15 years. Leigh Anna currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community. Prior to this, they held the role of VP of Human Resources at Palladium Hospice and Palliative Care, where they also served as the Director of Human Resources. Leigh Anna has also worked as the Director of Human Resources at HKA Enterprises, LLC, and at Group of Patriots, LLC, where they managed the overall HR function for a group of companies. Their early career includes a role as Director at Classical Conversations. Leigh Anna's expertise includes staffing, recruiting, EEO compliance, payroll, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.

Leigh Anna Compton, SPHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Recreational Therapy and Health Management from Clemson University. In addition, they have obtained the certifications of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2014, and SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2015.
