Richard Landolt has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Richard is currently the President/CEO at Still Serving Veterans and a Rear Admiral (Ret) in the US Navy. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Fellow at CNA Corporation, where they provided regional expertise and analyses for the Navy and Marine Corps. Richard also served as the Secretary of Defense Representative to NATO and Europe/Defense Advisor to the US Ambassador to NATO. Richard'sprevious roles include being a Senior Analyst at CNA Corporation, Executive Director for Public Safety at the City of Mobile, Alabama, and Director Current Operations/Cyber at U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM). Richard has also held positions at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) and U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/U.S. Sixth Fleet. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership and expertise in various areas including international engagement, amphibious forces, and crisis contingency operations.
Richard Landolt has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Richard also has a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. Additionally, Richard has completed the Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1 program at the US Marine Corps Command and Staff, focusing on Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy with an emphasis on Amphibious Warfare. Richard further pursued a subspecialty in Pol-Mil Affairs, with a focus on Asia and Europe, at the RAND Corporation. Finally, they completed the Political-Military Affairs Sub-specialty program at the Chief of Naval Operations Strategic Studies Group XXIV, where they focused on Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations.

Still Serving Veterans
Still Serving Veterans, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, established in Huntsville, Alabama in 2006, provides Veterans and their families, transitioning service members, and members of the Guard and Reserves with employment services including career planning, job search strategy development, resume preparation, and interview preparations. Additionally, we work closely with Veteran-friendly employers to fill positions with well-qualified, screened Veterans. All services are provided at no charge to either client or employer. In addition, through its Huntsville office, Still Serving Veterans provides VA Benefits and Services counseling and can connect Veterans and their families in need of assistance from other public and private service providers. Still Serving Veterans recently received the Nonprofit of the Year award from the Huntsville/Madison Chamber of Commerce, the Nonprofit of the Year from the Madison Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau's Torch award for ethics. Additionally, Still Serving Veterans is a recipient of the Call of Duty Endowment's (CODE) coveted Seal of Distinction. Still Serving Veterans is a trusted advocate for Veterans and their families and participates on the Governor's Alabama Veterans Network Executive Commission (AlaVetNet), the VA's new My VA, and several regional coalitions of Veterans organizations.
