Aurélien Badet

Aurélien Badet is currently the Head of Factory Development at STILL GmbH, where they focus on providing methods, knowledge, and infrastructure to efficiently implement defined factory strategies. With 22 years of experience in strategic and operational design, implementation, and optimization of logistics and manufacturing processes within leading automotive and forklift industry companies, Aurélien values integrity, people-focused entrepreneurship, and the principles of proactive action and transparency. Prior to their current role, they were the Head of Supplier Management at STILL GmbH from 2007 to 2019 and served as Logistic Project Leader at MöllerGroup GmbH from 2005 to 2007. Aurélien holds dual degrees in Logistics and Production Management from IMT Atlantique and Ecole des Mines de Nantes, complemented by a brief educational experience at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
