Alexis Bonte has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry and investment sector. Alexis is currently serving as the Group COO at Stillfront Group, where they manage group operations and oversees the business management team. In this role, they are responsible for the support, governance, and growth acceleration of Stillfront's 23 game studios, strategic projects, and platform relations. Alexis also contributes to the development of game franchises, the Stillops platform, and M&A efforts.

Prior to this, Alexis was the Co-Founder & CEO/President of eRepublik Labs Limited, a successful games studio that pioneered online free-to-play browser games. Alexis played a crucial role in the establishment and growth of the company, which attracted over 7 million players worldwide.

Alexis also worked as a Venture Partner at Atomico, where they utilized their expertise in the gaming industry to help identify and support promising startups. Alexis served as a Founding Investor and non-executive director at Zonga, a music streaming platform, and as a Non-Executive Director at Trilulilu, a Romanian social networking site.

Outside of the gaming industry, Alexis has held various positions. Alexis Bonte's education history begins in 1981, where they attended Lycée Français Charles Lepierre and obtained their Bac B degree with a field of study in Economics. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, Alexis pursued a BA Honours degree in International Business and Languages at Regent's University London. In 2014, they attended the Harvard Kennedy School for Executive Education and completed a program in Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st century. Lastly, in 2017, Alexis participated in the Transformational Leadership program at Oxford University Said Business School, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
