Jake Fortune-Greeley

Jake Fortune-Greeley is currently a Development Partner at Stillwater Capital. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Officer for Exeter Property Group, where they were responsible for acquisitions and asset management for Exeter's industrial portfolio in Tennesee (Memphis and Nashville) and Northern Mississippi. Jake has also worked as a Senior Associate for Blue Heron Asset Management, leading the acquisition and development processes in multi-family and mixed-use investments. In addition, Jake has served on the Board of Directors for Montessori Children's House of Durham. Jake has also held positions as Director of Brokerage Services for Trinity Partners and Associate Director for GVA Advantis.

Jake Fortune-Greeley has a MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a BA in Business Administration from University of Notre Dame, and a Study Abroad Program from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
