Rich Coady

Rich Coady is a founding partner of Stillwater Capital, where he oversees the company’s development and investment activities.

Stillwater has become a market leading development company with expertise in multi-family, single family, mixed-use and industrial projects. Stillwater has led the successful development of over $1B worth of completed projects.

Coady plays an instrumental role in the management of Stillwater Capital’s custom home building company, Robert Elliott Custom Homes (RECH).

Prior to joining Stillwater, Coady spent seven years playing professional football for the St. Louis Rams, where he participated in two Super Bowls, ultimately winning the title in 2000. Coady played collegiately at Texas A&M University, where he was a two-time 1st Team All-Big XII safety and was a member of the 1998 Big XII Championship Team. In 1998 he was named the Texas A&M Male Academic Athlete of the year.
