Sutton Wheeler

Sutton Wheeler is a director at Stillwater Capital, where he oversees all capital market activities for the company. His responsibilities include acquisitions across all platforms of real estate, including multifamily, retail, industrial, and new development.

Prior to joining Stillwater in May 2019, Wheeler served as the Vice President of International Development and Acquisitions for the Trump Organization. His key responsibilities included asset management of the firm's real estate and debt portfolio, repositioning assets, portfolio strategy, and managing all activities throughout the acquisition process through closing (underwriting, valuation, due diligence). Wheeler also traveled extensively both domestically and internationally to expand the company’s real estate, hotel, commercial and retail properties. Some of his recent travel included areas throughout Asia, Russia, India, South America, and Europe.
