Tim Keys

Tim Keys is the current Vice President of Construction at Stillwater Capital. Tim has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Tim has held various positions including Vice President of Operations, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager.

Tim Keys began their career in 1995 as a Project Engineer at HBE Corporation. Tim then moved to Skanska USA Building Inc. in 1997 where they became a Project Manager. In 2000, they became a Project Manager at Addison-Harrington, Inc.

In 2001, Tim Keys began working at Manhattan Construction Company as a Project Manager. Tim was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2009 and remained in that position until 2014 when they were promoted to Vice President of Operations. Tim held that position until 2016 when they left Manhattan Construction Company to join Austin Commercial as a Senior Project Manager.

In 2018, Tim Keys joined MYCON General Contractors as their Vice President of Operations. Tim remained in that position until 2022 when they joined Stillwater Capital as their Vice President of Construction.

Tim Keys reports to Brandon Easterling, Managing Director. They work with Christie Allardyce - Director of Investor Relations, Jake Fortune-Greeley - Development Partner, and Mitch Paradise - Development Partner, Corporate Services.
