David Willard

David Willard has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning. David began their career as Director of Recruiting for L3 Communications in 2004 and later served as Senior Associate for Defense Programs at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at ManTech. In 2013, they joined Unisys as Director of Recruiting. Since 2012, they have also served as President & CEO of Stillwater Human Capital LLC, a company that helps military veterans transition into the corporate recruiting service while providing clients with the opportunity to hire veterans and lower recruiting costs.

David Willard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, which they attended from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Business Management from Eastern Connecticut State University, which they attended from 1994 to 1997.
