Dr. Dawn Kregel

Dr. Dawn Kregel, DNP, MSN-HCM, RN, CCRN, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in nursing and patient care services. Currently serving as System CNO/COO and VP of Patient Care Services at Stillwater Medical Center, Dr. Kregel has also held interim positions as Chief Nursing Officer at Baylor Scott & White Health and Valley Health, as well as Chief Nursing Executive at Northwestern Medical Center. Additional roles include Nurse Executive Consultant focusing on professional development and process improvement, and Executive Leader at JPS Health Network with BE Smith.
