Maria Sonali

Maria Sonali is a highly experienced professional in workplace and culture management, currently serving as the Culture Concept Manager and Workplace Concept Manager at STIM - Svenska Tonsättares Internationella Musikbyrå since September 2023. Previously, Maria held the position of House Director at A house from October 2022 to October 2023 and served as Head of Workplace at Epidemic Sound from August 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included developing a modern workplace environment and leading a world-class service team. With project management expertise gained at D2 Arkitektur & Projektledning and Codesign AB, and practical experience in visual merchandising at H&M and WorkShop The Retail Agency, Maria has a comprehensive background in architectural design and retail strategy.
