Scott A.

Scott A. currently serves as the Director of the Air Force Tech Transfer & Transition Program Office at the Air Force Research Laboratory, where responsibilities include protecting and managing the DAF intellectual property portfolio and promoting collaborations across various sectors. Additionally, Scott holds the position of Acquisition Program Manager at The Stimson Center, engaging with a forum of technology leaders and policymakers. With extensive experience at the National Security Innovation Network, including roles such as Strategic Engagement Director and Transition Cell Director, Scott also contributed to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, focusing on pressing global challenges and crisis simulations. Educational qualifications include an MA in History and Political Science from Kent State University, certification in Putonghua/Culture from Beijing University and Hong Kong Polytechnic, and a BA in History and Politics & Government from Ohio Wesleyan University.
