Christer Czajkowski

Christer Czajkowski has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the medical industry. Christer currently serves as the EVP of US Sales at Stimwave, where they lead a large team and is accountable for directing and controlling all US operations. Before joining Stimwave, Christer was the Regional Vice President of Sales at the same company.

Prior to their position at Stimwave, Christer operated their own consulting business, Christer Czajkowski, LLC, where they served as the Senior Principal Consultant. In this role, they provided quality consulting services in various areas such as selling, management, leadership, process improvement, and sales operations.

Before starting their consultancy, Christer held the position of VP Marketing and Sales Training at Confirmatrix Laboratory Inc and Alpha Genomix Labs. Christer was responsible for spearheading a direct sales force expansion and implementing marketing campaigns for both organizations. Christer successfully turned around a poor-performing sales division and expanded the direct sales teams.

Earlier in their career, Christer worked at St. Jude Medical as the Regional Sales Director for the Neuromodulation/Chronic Pain Division. Christer rebuilt the region and improved sales by targeting recruitment strategies and implementing effective sales methods.

Christer also gained experience at Intuitive Surgical as the Key Accounts Director, where they collaborated with the clinical sales team and successfully increased utilization rates of da Vinci robots within hospital systems. Christer later became the Clinical Sales Manager, driving user base expansion through collaboration with hospital executives and surgeons.

Before joining Intuitive Surgical, Christer held the position of Area Vice President of Sales at Boston Scientific. Christer achieved significant sales growth and led national and regional sales efforts.

Christer's earlier experience includes working as the District Sales Manager at Oscient Pharmaceuticals, leading a regional sales team and promoting pharmaceutical products. Christer also served as a District Sales Manager at GSK, specializing in neuroscience.

Throughout their career, Christer has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of achieving business goals and driving revenue growth.
